Toyota Tacoma Or Suzuki RMZ-4
When test driving a Used Toyota Tundra, lets keep in mind the excellence of a Toyota and the resale value of all Used Toyota Yaris, it’s not lets say, as good as purchasing a Used Dodge but it does have something to look at over the competition.
The New Equator by Suzuki 4 cylinder truck makes for a perfect pick as a cheap, light-duty work vehicle, not as good as the Toyota Tacoma, mainly considering the higher gas mileage. However, for those who want to use the truck for more than just going to the store, the V6 is the only pick.
Providing an a lot of low-end torque, six cylinder models are up for almost any job, the Equator is equipped with great suspension and steering ability for every terrain along with a very easy shifting automatic transmission.
The RMZ-4’s off-road suspension setup makes that bouncy ride act a bit more like a pickup. The 4WD models are capable of pond jumping, thanks to achieving ground clearance of ten inches and a great amount of suspension travel.
The less expensive base Equator is naked and fitted with fifteen inch steel wheels and bucket seats with a console but not much else, air-conditioning or a music system is standard. The Premium series adds 16” alloy wheels, a rear slide glass, a tilt steering wheel, keyless entry, full power accessories and comfortable cloth seats. Picking the Sport gets you 17” aluminum wheels, a sprayed-in bed liner and removable tie-down hooks in the bed.
The RMZ-4 adds chrome exterior trim, beefed up axles, an electric locking ring and pinion, Bilstein shocks, skid plates, sixteen inch16 inch aluminum rims with aggressive tread pattern tires, fog lamps, height and lumbar control for the driver seat and metallic interior highlights. The RMZ-4 Sport upgrades are a audio system with a CD changer, an auxiliary audio jack, satellite radio prep, and Bluetooth capabilities. Oddly enough, an aftermarket fashion GPS is optional on all crew cabs but not available on the extended-cab Equators. Bluetooth is optional only on the RMZ-4 crew cab.

Cheap Trucking Insurance
Trucking insurance policies are definitely more costly than auto insurance coverage yet you can still obtain a reasonable price for your policy. This is because of the poor economy and the competition that it creates in the insurance market. Following is a list of steps you can take to ensure that you find a great premium on your trucking insurance policy.
Your insurance provider may offer you a discount on your policy if you have not had an accident or speeding ticket in the last 5 years. Further savings may also be offered to senior citizens.
Choosing to have all of your multiple types of coverage through one insurance company will save you money. Consider putting together your auto, trucking, and home owners insurance onto one policy.
If you keep the standard deductible on your insurance coverage you are passing up the opportunity of having further savings. Your premium may be up to 10% less by raising your deductible from $100 to $500. It may go down 25% by increasing it up to $1,000.
It can be scary to think of being able to come up with the high amount of deductible that could save you the most on your policy. To put your mind at ease, create a savings account and make monthly deposits until the balance reaches your deductible amount and then leave it there for when needed.
Do not file a claim with your insurance company if the damages to your truck are under or just above the deductible amount. Your premiums will be raise if you file for every little incident.
It is vital to discuss your policy with your agent in as much detail as possible. Do your best to find out about all the available discounts, and try to qualify yourself for that discount.

Car Tips - Should You Raise Membership Fees?
Many collectors? car clubs are struggling with the problems of prices and rates for everything in the world rising steadily. The problem becomes determining if it is time to raise membership fees, or start looking for ways to supplement the money that is needed. Between fund raisers and membership fees most clubs should be ok, but once the money is not enough to handle the basic needs budget crisis can occur and it is time to start pinching pennies until a solution is worked out.
Your first step before raising any membership fees should be looking to see if anything could be cut from the budget. Many times, there are drains on the budget that are not immediately apparent. These drains can be large, or they can be very small. For example, if your club pays apiece month for a place to hold meetings that could be severely draining the budget. Maybe you are only paying a small fee, but apiece small amount saved can really add up. Look and see if you can renegotiate the deal with your current location, and look around at comparable locations to see what options you have. You may be healthy to find a lot of relief in the budget this way.
Most people have computers and e-mail lately. Perhaps sending the newsletter in an e-mail will reduce your mailing and paper expenses to almost nothing each month. This is often a huge area of opportunities for clubs and can add up to substantial savings very quickly.
If you simply cannot cut anything from the budget move before you start raising fees. With costs for everything rising members may not be healthy to afford the increased fees so move before raising the rates. Look around first for alternatives such as fundraisers. Perhaps a car wash or even a simple car show with cheap admission can help your collector?s car club raise the money necessary to combat a membership fee increase. This is not always enough, but if you are careful how you organize an event and are very successful, it can sometimes save the need to raise rates.
If you determine that you cannot refrain raising the membership rates, try to limit the amount as much as possible. If possible, try to stick to no more than $10 for apiece membership to increase. This can help to reduce the impact on apiece member, but it does add up to a substantial amount once the members have all paid the increased membership fees. Realize that much as you may not like the situation, most clubs do have to consider a membership fee increase at some point or another.
There is no reason at all that you should just raise rates blindly, and of course there are times when your only option will be to just raise the rates. Just ensure that before you make rate changes you do your best to refrain the increase on members. The members will appreciate the effort and the club can continue to thrive even after an increase if it is handled properly. Proper leadership and good fiscal decisions can be a huge quality and are much needed skills when you start working on the budget, so take the time to really look around at all of the information that is presented to you before making decisions.

Why It Is Important to Wear Motorbike Helmets
Do you make sure that your head is protected whenever you take your motorbike out for a ride? Motorbike helmets are something which every rider should wear ” they can quite literally save your life! Brain injuries are the top cause of motorbike fatalities, which alone should keep anyone from ever riding without wearing a helmet again! However, there are still plenty of riders who in defiance of all logic and the instinct of self-preservation, continue to ride without a helmet. Fortunately, many governments have moved to make motorbike helmets mandatory for all riders.
The purpose of motorbike helmets is to absorb the force of impact in the event of an accident and protect the skull and the brain from injury. This means that the material which a motorbike helmet is made of should be the first thing you look at when trying to purchase one. There are now helmets which are made from plastics which are crack resistant and are extremely strong while still being lightweight enough to be comfortable to wear as you ride. In most cases, a look at the size and shape of a helmet can give you a good idea of how resistant it will be to impact. Better helmets will cost a little more, but dont be deterred by price ” this is your personal safety were talking about.
The next important thing to consider is the comfort level that comes with wearing the motorbike helmet. The full face helmets are the safest helmets and obviously the best buy. Wear one that fits snugly. Choose one that you would take a liking to. Any helmet that you choose should feel soft at all points of contacts on the skull. They come in different colors, designs and should invariably have DOT approval stickers at the rear.
There are also half face helmets, which provide pretty good protection to your skull while allowing you to have a better view of the road as you ride. There will be a visor which will protect your face and eyes; this should be clear, scratch proof and made of very tough material as well. The lining and padding in the helmet should be clean and not make you feel itchy, as well as being made of absorbent material to wick away sweat.
Some of the brands to pay attention to are Nola, Bell and Iron Horse Helmets; all three of these brands are known for their quality and comfort. They feature ventilation and anti-fogging technologies to make sure that you can keep a clear view of the open road while you ride.

What is Collision Auto Insurance?
Collision insurance is designed to pay for the repair of damages to your car in the event of an accident that you caused. Collision car insurance isn’t a necessity to have your car on the road if you are the owner, but it may be a good idea if you spend a lot of time behind the wheel.
Who Needs Collision Insurance?
Many of the drivers on the road today aren’t yet the official owners of the vehicles that they are behind the wheel of. Cars, even many used cars, are expensive - very few people have the eight, ten or twenty some thousand dollars lying around to pay for their vehicle in full so they have to take out an auto loan to make the purchase. Odds are, that if you are going to be paying for your car with an auto loan, that your bank will require that you have collision insurance to pay for it should you get in an accident.
Who Should Have Collision Insurance?
If you’ve paid off your car loan, or where able to buy your car outright, then having collision coverage for your car is purely optional. Despite the fact that having collision insurance on a car you own isn’t necessary to operate your vehicle, it does make sense for some drivers to pay the expense for the protection.
People who travel a good bit for their jobs, like outside sales people or district and regional managers or people who have an exceedingly long commute may profit from the protection of collision insurance. The longer and more often you are on the road, the better your chances are of becoming involved in an accident; if you happen to be the one that causes the accident, collision insurance will pay for the repair or replacement of your car.
People who own automobiles that will be driven by young or inexperienced drivers can also benefit from collision insurance coverage. Inexperienced drivers can make mistakes and they aren’t always prepared for everything that heavy traffic on the road can throw at them. You have enough to worry about when your children become old enough to get behind the wheel, having to pay for a car that gets damaged doesn’t have to be among this new set of worries if you opt for collision coverage.
How Collision Insurance Works
Some confusion can occur due to the names of the types of coverage available; collision coverage doesn’t necessarily pay for any automobile damage that occurs as a result of an accident. If an accident you’re involved in is the fault of another driver, that driver’s liability insurance, which is a required form of coverage, will pay for the damages to your vehicle. Collision insurance will pay for the damages to your car when you are at fault or are the cause of the accident.
There are different auto insurance options available to a driver who wants protection in the form of collision coverage. You can opt to pay a higher out of pocket deductible in the event that something happens in order to keep your monthly output at a minimum, or you can choose to pay a higher monthly premium in order to have as little out of pocket expense as possible should you be the cause of an accident.
You never know when an accident is going to occur, that’s why they are called accidents. A momentary lapse in judgement or loss of concentration while on the road can cause tremendous damage to your vehicle, if you have collision coverage on your vehicle you will be protected form having to pay for the damages, even if your car is “totaled.” That piece of mind alone is enough to merit the expense for some drivers.

HHO gas is the latest innovation to increase gas mileage you may have seen it in the news. When you make an HHO fuel cell for you car or truck you will increase power and improve emissions. Your car will be a water hybrid of sorts by using water that is broken down to HHO gas or brown’s gas.
By using HHO gas you could expect to see and increase in gas mileage of 20 - 50% Some are claiming more. This is not new technology but is starting to get rediscovered as gas and diesel prices continue to increase and there is no end in sight. Increasing gas mileage can be relized by adding more HHO cells.
Many HHO gas car kits do not come cheap and can be several hundred dollars for a cheap one. If you are thinking of a fleet of vehicles you may want to consider testing one vehicle first. If you want to save lots of money HHO plans from a reliable source may be your best purchase.
How is HHO gas burned or converted in a gas or diesel engine. This technology can be used both for gasoline and diesel engines providing to help increase mileage. When you convert your car to burn on water you are converting water to a gas that your engine can use. HHO gas is then inserted before your intake manifolds airflow using your engines vacuum. This gas is then mixed with the gasoline providing better gas mileage.
The benefits of a HHO gas hybrid technology are increased gas mileage in some cases doubling it, increase horsepower, better or smoother running engine and less emissions. When you buy a kit you often pay hundreds sometimes thousands of dollars and eventually it will pay for its self. They can be used on cars, trucks gas or diesel engines and take up very little space under the hood and require no major modifications. If for any reason such as the sale of your car you would like to remove the system it can be removed in several minutes without leaving a trace. This kits can actually be made at home for under $100 dollars per vehicle now that is cheap.
Through a process of electrolysis water that is in a sealed container under your hood is converted to hydroxy also known as browns gas or HHO gas. You can find a wealth of information online. This gas is then introduced to the airflow in the intake manifold using your engines vacuum. This gas is then mixed with the gasoline providing better gas mileage.
There is often plenty of room under most hoods to put a fuel cell or many for better efficiency. Larger engines may require or benefit more with extra cells. What is nice is it requires very little modification to your vehicle and can be removed within minutes and no one would even notice you had it installed. An HHO fuel saver should give you better gas mileage.
Brown’s or HHO gas forums exist and much of this technology is still experimental. The goal is to improve gas mileage and reduce emissions. There are plenty of references in the news, online and in forums to attribute to devices that are successfully operating on HHO gas.

How Does an Auto Salvage Yard Work?
The auto salvage yard is a very interesting place. It sort of resembles a graveyard for automobiles because they are in pieces and don’t look too good. However, there are some viable parts on these old broken down vehicles that can work perfectly on a functional vehicle. The salvage yard is literally the ‘gold mine of auto parts’. That explains how they are able to survive financially the way that they do.
What makes them work is the fact that these junk yards areas possess auto parts that may not be found in local auto parts stores. This is because there are certain vehicles that are made in other countries that require their parts to be ordered. There are also some cars that are so old the parts cannot be found just anywhere. That is another instance in which the part may need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, that can be extremely expensive.
Their availability
Every town has at least one junk yard, which it is commonly called an auto salvage yard because they salvage the parts. Some parts on these vehicles are not functional, but even the most dilapidated vehicles have something that is useful on the inside or outside.
If you find that you are in need of a hard to find part, it pays to check out the auto salvage yard. Many individuals will search several junk yards before they find the part they need, but it beats having to order a part that is no longer made. The price difference is considerable and the ease of acquiring the part is significant.
The best way to find the part you need is to call the junk yard first. Ask them if they have the part and give them an opportunity to look. If they do have it, they will tell you. They assess vehicles when they receive them to see what parts are in good shape and which ones are not. They will collect both the internal and external parts that are in great shape. They will even collect new or used tires that can go a while longer. Whatever it is you need, just ask.
When you arrive at the salvage yard, they will let you see the part and you can decide whether or not to purchase it. If you do, you simply carry out the transaction right there and it is done.
Other services
For parts that are large, some auto salvage yards will haul them for you. This is something to ask when you make the phone call. Some people will buy the entire vehicle in order to scrap it themselves. Other parts such as trunk lids, hoods, door panels, and roofs can be too large for some to haul as well. If you need them to haul it for you, ask them how much they will do it for. Make sure that you comparison shop if you feel the price is too steep. If no one else can do any better or they don’t have the part, you can always call them back and tell them you will be there to make the purchase. You are not obligated the moment you make the phone call.
As you can see, the junk yard is a great place to find those hard to get auto parts. They might be used car parts, but many parts will still last the life of the vehicle. Even if it needs replacing in the future, the cost of replacing it again still won’t exceed the cost of having to order parts. Even if you don’t have to order parts, you will still find them cheaper at the auto salvage yard.
